01. Account Provisioning

Access to BULKSMSGLOBAL services requires a valid, verified account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your API keys and neural agent configurations.

Any activity performed under your credentials—whether automated via API or manual via dashboard—is your absolute responsibility.

02. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Our Agentic AI infrastructure is designed for ethical communication. It must not be used for phishing, scamming, or transmitting unsolicited marketing 'spam.'

Accounts found in violation of these standards will be subject to immediate neural node termination without prior notice.

03. Credit Expiration & Billing

SMS credits purchased on this platform are valid for the specific duration outlined at the time of the transaction.

• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
• Credits are non-refundable once neural processing or campaign routing has commenced.

04. Intellectual Property

The software, neural models, proprietary routing logic, and brand assets used by BULKSMSGLOBAL are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access the API for messaging purposes only. Reverse engineering of our neural infrastructure is strictly prohibited.

05. Governing Law

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
